Our therapies
We offer CBT, EMDR, Existential Therapy, Dramatherapy and Integrative approaches.

CBT
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) combines modern cognitive and behavioural science with the ancient Stoic insight that it isn't reality which causes suffering, but how we think about and respond to reality. CBT tends to be goal-directed and involve homework practice. CBT approaches also include Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which incorporate Buddhist and Zen philosophy.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy helpful for anyone trying to process and make sense of past adversity. It combines 'bilateral stimulation' (usually eye movements) with a process of free-association, which helps your brain to make connections between painful memories and your inherent capacity for healing and sense-making.
Existential Therapy
Existential Therapy posits that suffering is a normal part of being human, and that each individual has the responsibility to find the meaning for their existence. Existential Therapy will invite you to consider questions of free-will, responsibility, meaning and mortality. It builds on the rich tradition of Existential Philosophy.
Dramatherapy
Dramatherapy is a psychotherapy which incorporates techniques from the creative arts to deepen the therapeutic process. It may invite you to engage in processes of story-telling, movement or role-play, within a safe environment, as a way to gain insight into your mind and explore new ways of being. It is appropriate for anyone with an open mind, and does not require any expertise or proficiency in drama or the arts.
About us
We came together in early 2026 to offer clients a better experience of online therapy, and to pool our clinical expertise. Click on our photos below to find out more.

Therapy on your doorstep
Research suggests that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy*. Online therapy can also offer advantages:
-
Online therapy helps clients to avoid commuting time and connect with a wider range of therapists regardless of location.
-
Ideal if you have work or family commitments that make it difficult to attend sessions in-person during the week.
-
Connects you with therapists with training and experience in the UK, even if living abroad.
-
Online therapy helps us to minimise room charges as a clinic, and therefore reduce costs usually paid for by clients.
